MODE OF PAYMENT

Reservation confirmation includes a deposit of approx. 25 % of the total cost of your stay as a reservation guarantee. The reservation will become valid only after we receive your reservation guarantee.

Rest of the amount would be paid within 24 hours of your arrival.

Bank fees and money transfer costs should be paid by sending party.

Transaction is possible either by Western Union. Name and address are the same as for bank transaction.

INCLUDED IN PRICE

Tourist tax, water, electricity,
bed linen and towels (weekly change of ned linen and towels), cooking utensils, air-conditioning,
usage of washer and dryer at laundry room,
final cleaning.

In case more guests arrive than was registered upon reservation, we reserve the right to deny accommodation to the excess number of guests, or accept all guests with an additional payment.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

You can enter the apartment after 2pm on a day of arrival set earlier, unless agreed otherwise.

Departure must be by 10am on an agreed day of departure set earlier, unless arranged otherwise.

RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS

Same rules apply for all cancellation reasons.

If you cancel your reservation 40 days prior to arrival, your payment is entirely refundable.

If you cancel your reservation 20-40 days prior to arrival we reserve the right to keep 50% of the advance payment.

If you cancel your reservation 0-20 days before your scheduled arrival we reserve right to keep the entire advance payment.
